As an artist, I create collages from posters found on the streets of Amsterdam.

The posters tell the story of Amsterdam's nightlife.

I use different types of typography for inspiration, transforming them into new designs.

The posters I find are pasted together in various layers; I have to peel them back layer by layer, discovering new words and letters each time.

For me, it is essential that the history of Amsterdam's festive life can be read, thus creating a new and attractive modern atmosphere within the collages.

In fact, the collages are created in a democratic way, meaning they can be read from all sides to discover something different every time, just as nightlife and party life can be.
